In a nutshell the VISIONS dilemma was…

Create a Customer focused Retail Vision for the great Speedo Brand!

 

What we did.

Working together with Tracy Hunt (World Wide Head of Marketing) we facilitated an event that created a customer focused vision for the whole of the retail team. The outcomes included a set of pictures representing the ambitious targets the team set themselves for both tasks and behaviours. Drawn by our in house artist Simon. Time was dedicated to ensure every team member understood the role they would play and everyone committed themselves to deliver against their objectives.

 

Our results.

This was the start of something great for Tracy and the team – One vision, One goal & lots of happy internal and external customers!
